Deadly car bomb in Pakistan

Nov 10 - Pakistani police say 10 people were killed and 15 wounded as a car bomb exploded in the northwestern Pakistani town of Charsadda.

Pakistani news channels showed pictures of severely damaged market stalls and damaged vehicles in early images from the blast scene.

There has been a rise in militant attacks in Pakistan in recent weeks since troops launched an assault mid-October against the Taliban in South Waziristan on the Afghan border.
