Ghana produces fourteen percent of the world's cocoa, yet its farmers receive a small percentage of the revenue made by Western countries when they sell chocolate bars.
In a bid to boost their income and cut out the middle man, farmers in Ghana have begun to sell their cocoa in local Co-ops to make sure it's traded fairly.
