Jun. 27 - Start-ups like Rebtel Networks are offering mobile phone users lower international call charges both domestically and abroad
Their basic premise is that time is limited for the dominant mobile phone operators to continue making such large profits.
They are seeking to challenge the mobile industry by using technology to undercut the main players.
