Still 'ethical' to buy sports cars?

Nov. 21 - Ferrari's General Manager says it's possible that some potential customers may think buying a luxury car is no longer 'ethical'.

Leaders of automotive companies have been gathering in Frankfurt for a Reuters summit looking at future trends for the industry.

Among the luxury car makers both Ferrari and Lamborghini are positive about the sales outlook for 2008 and beyond, despite pressure from the weaker dollar.

But Ferrari's General Manager says that a downturn in the U.S. economy could affect their business if it becomes socially unacceptable to splash out on an expensive new car.
