Apr. 7 - So says Bill Maldonado, the Head of Alternative Investments at HSBC Halbis Capital Management.
He tells Reuters' Funds Correspondent Laurence Fletcher that investors are still putting their money in hedge funds.
But the market turmoil has made them more cautious.
In these challenging times, Maldonado says some of the best strategies involve distressed debt.
