Techs rally on Yahoo battle
May 15 - Technology stocks led Wall Street higher buoyed by a fight to control Yahoo and the broader market was boosted by a drop in oil prices.
The Dow gained 94 points to 12,992. The S&P 500 gained 14 points to 1,423. The Nasdaq gained 37 points to 2,533. Crude oil lost 10 cents to $124.12 in a rocky session.
