Last round on London underground
Jun. 1 - British police arrest 17 and shut down six London underground stations as thousands mark the advent of an alcohol ban with a drunken party.
Fights broke out, six transport staff were assaulted and several trains were damaged. The outcome of the party reinforced the message behind the ban: that booze and bad behaviour often go hand in hand.
