White tiger cubs become zoo stars

(00:59) Rough Cut

Jun. 25 - A rare set of white tiger triplets have become the star attractions at a zoo in Higashikagawa, western Japan.

Born at the Shirotori Zoo only one month ago, the yet-to-be-named trio have become an instant hit with visitors to the zoo who can have their photo taken with the cubs.

White tigers are practically extinct in the wild but the three cubs are the second litter for the resident adult white tiger couple at the zoo bringing the total number of white tiger cubs at the park to seven.
