UK's Brown in Iran warning

(01:16) Report

Jul 21 - British Prime Minister Gordon Brown has warned Iran that it faces growing isolation if it rejects an offer from major power over its disputed nuclear programme.

Making the first address to Israel's parliament by a British prime minister, Brown was speaking after talks between Iran and six world powers (the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Russia and China) ended in stalemate.

Separately speaking in Abu Dhabi, U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice warned Iran that it faced more sanctions if it defied a two-week deadline to agree to curb its nuclear programme. Iran's top nuclear negotiator said his country would be interested in further talks.
