Jul. 24 - Scooter sales are on the rise as motorists look to save money and get around town.
Fuel efficient scooters, which can get as much as 90 milers per gallon are a hip alternative to gas guzzling cars. Americans are catching on to the trend that has been a mainstay in Europe for years.
