Taking the fight to Diyala
Aug. 22 - The crackdown in Diyala continues as U.S. and Iraqi forces hope to quell violence.
The move into Diyala follows efforts to quell violence in other parts of Iraq, including Basra which was once the site of pitched battles. But Diyala, with a large Sunni population, poses a different challenge -- where political reconciliation is as much as a factor as security.
Deborah Lutterbeck reports.
