US hopeful on India deal
Sep 15 - The State Department remains hopeful that Congress will pass a US-India civilian nuclear deal.
If backed by the Senate and House of Representatives, the fuel and technology deal would help India help meet rising energy demand and open a market worth billions of dollars.
