Wall St. sinks 4 pct post AIG
Sep. 17 - The federal rescue of troubled insurance giant American International Group did little to soothe nerves as signs of strain in the credit markets remained high.
Speculation now turned to which financial institutions would be the next to teeter on the brink of collapse due to tight credit conditions.
