Asia stocks dip before bailout vote

Sept 29 - Japan's Nikkei fell on Monday as investors remained cautious ahead of a key vote by U.S. lawmakers on the $700 billion U.S. financial bailout package.

Hong Kong stocks fell, with the property sector showing signs of strain from the global market strife.
