Nov 25 - From January 2009, 50 two-seater, all-electric Mini E cars will be whizzing around the streets of Berlin.
Premium brand car maker BMW is working with Swedish power company Vattenfall to test the feasibility of such electric vehicles.
While environmental groups like Greenpeace say the cars aren't as green as they are made out to be, the car makers want to convince consumers that electric vehicles are also fun to drive.
