Fortum Oyj Sells 47.9% Stake in Harjeans Kraft to Oy Herrfors Ab-DJ
Dow Jones reported that Fortum Oyj has agreed to sell its 47.9% stake in the Swedish energy company Harjeans Kraft to Oy Herrfors Ab, a subsidiary of Katterno Group, for SEK 445 million. The transaction is estimated to be completed at the beginning of July 2013.
