Contact Energy Ltd Completes Sale Of Gas Metering Business To Vector
Contact Energy Ltd announced that it has completed the sale of its gas metering business to Vector group company, Advanced Metering Assets (AMA), for NZD59.9 million. The deal, first announced on October 25, 2012, is part of an ongoing programme at Contact to focus on its core businesses.
