Mondi Plc announced the appointment of Tshamano Mohau Frederik (Fred) Phaswana as joint chairman with effect from June 1, 2013. He will replace Cyril Ramaphosa who, as announced in January, stepped down at the conclusion of the Annual General Meetings on May 3, 2013.
