The industry excludes: (REITs specializing in hotel properties, classified in Hotels, Motels and Cruise Lines), (REITs specializing in hospitals, classified in Healthcare Facilities), (REITs specializing in timberlands, classified in Forest and Wood Products), (REITs specializing in parking lots and self-storage services, classified in Highways and Railtracks.)
