Dow Jones reported that Royal Dutch Shell PLC is to sell its retail and commercial activities in Egypt, Shell Marketing Egypt, to Total SA. Financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed. The lubricants division is not part of Shell Marketing Egypt's sale.
