Jasper Investments Ltd's Subsidiary Announces Incorporation Of New Subsidiaries

Jasper Investments Ltd announced that its subsidiary, Jasper Offshore (Cyprus) Ltd, has incorporated two wholly owned subsidiaries in Singapore, namely Jasper Management Services Pte. Ltd. (JMSPL) and Jasper (Congo) Pte. Ltd. (JCPL). The principal activity of JMSPL is to provide management and staffing support to companies within the Group while JCPL was established to support the Group’s drilling operations in the Republic of Congo. The issued and paid up capital in each of the two subsidiaries is USD2.00.

Energold Drilling Corp's Dando International Drilling Ltd Establishes Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Energold Drilling Corp's Dando International Drilling Ltd announced that it has established a wholly owned subsidiary, Dando Drilling Services Ltd. (DDS), to be dedicated to the development of water drilling as a new specialty service for the Group. DDS has entered into a 60/40 joint venture with an African water drilling company. The initial contract is estimated to be worth up to $500,000 for 2013.

Ganger Rolf ASA and Bonheur ASA's Bold Tern Ltd. Takes Delivery of "Bold Tern" New Build

Ganger Rolf ASA announced that Bold Tern Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Fred. Olsen Windcarrier AS, which is indirectly owned on a 50/50 basis by Bonheur ASA and Ganger Rolf ASA, has taken delivery of the new build "Bold Tern" from the Lamprell Shipyard in Dubai. The "Bold Tern" is the second of two self-elevating vessels for installation of offshore wind turbines and associated equipment delivered from the yard. The "Brave Tern" was delivered in October 2012. Both vessels will be operated through Fred. Olsen Windcarrier to provide transport and installation services to the expanding offshore wind markets. The "Bold Tern" will shortly mobilize to perform its first contract.

Prospector Offshore Drilling SA Announces Updates on Delivery of Two Rigs

Prospector Offshore Drilling SA announced, with reference to the announcement on December 5, 2012, an updated delivery schedule for the Company's jack-up rigs (Rigs) under construction in Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Offshore Co., Ltd. (DSIC Offshore). The Company was, at that time, notified by DSIC Offshore that certain components in the jacking system were not manufactured as per the original specification and will have to be replaced. As a result of these replacements, the Company's first Rig, PROSPECTOR 1, previously expected to be delivered in the first quarter of 2013, is expected to be delivered in the third quarter of 2013. Furthermore, the Company's second Rig, PROSPECTOR 3, is expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2013. The Company has confirmed that the jacking systems for the PROSPECTOR 5 and PROSPECTOR 6, currently under construction in Shanghai at the Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., were manufactured by a different supplier. The Company does not anticipate any delays in the delivery of those Rigs.

Prospector Offshore Drilling SA Announces Extension of Expiry Dates for Six Rig Option Agreements-Reuters

Reuters reported that Prospector Offshore Drilling SA announced the extension of expiry dates for six outstanding rig construction option agreements. One agreement with Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Offshore Co., Ltd. is to extend the expiry dates on three of its rig construction option agreements that were previously due to expire on December 31, 2012. The first of these rig construction option agreements (Option Agreement No. 3) entered into on June 19, 2010 will expire on March 31, 2013. The second rig construction option agreement (New Option Agreement No. 1) entered into on April 2, 2011 will expire on March 31, 2013. The third outstanding rig construction option agreement (New Option Agreement No. 2) entered into on April 2, 2011 will expire on March 31, 2013. In second agreement with Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. the Company is to extend the expiry dates on three of its rig construction option agreements that were previously due to expire on December 31, 2012. The first of these rig construction option agreements (Option Agreement No. 1) entered into on July 2, 2011 will expire June 30, 2013. The second rig construction option agreement (New Option Agreement No. 2) entered into on July 2, 2011 will expire on June 30, 2013. The third outstanding rig construction option agreement (Option Agreement No. 3) entered into on July 2, 2011 will expire on June 30, 2013.

Superior Pipeline Company LLC (Superior), a wholly owned subsidiary of Unit Corporation, announced that it is in the process of installing a new 30 million cubic feet (MMcf) per day cryogenic processing facility in Kay County, Oklahoma. Superior has entered into a long term agreement with Range Resources Corporation as the initial producer for the new plant. Start-up of the facility is expected to occur during the second quarter of 2012.
