Reitmans (Canada) Limited is Canada's ladies apparel retailer, operating 925 stores in Canada, under the Reitmans, Smart Set, RW & CO., Thyme Maternity, Penningtons and Addition Elle banners.

Ridenco S.A. Subsidiary Receives Letter Of Complaint From La Compagna Delle Pelli
Ridenco S.A. announced that its subsidiary Ridenco Commercial SA received a letter of complaint from the Italian company La Compagna Delle Pelli, regarding their distribution agreement signed on July 1, 2009 for the wholesale trade of La Martina clothing in Greece and Cyprus. The reason of complaint is the fail of provision of guarantees from Ridenco Commercial SA to La Compagna Delle Pelli, which caused the cease of provision of La Martina products for Spring/Summer 2011.
Ridenco S.A.'s Subsidiary Woodland Design Plc To Terminate Licensing Agreement With Nautica
Ridenco S.A. announced that its subsidiary in Cyprus, Woodland Design Plc received a letter from Nautica for the termination of the Licensing Agreement, relating to the its alleged failure to receive Nautica clothing for Spring Summer 2011 from collaborating factories. Woodland Design Plc assigned its representation to a US law firm in order to examine its legal position and to protect its rights stemming from the Agreement.
