Secure Energy Services Inc and its wholly owned subsidiary Marquis Alliance Energy Group Inc. (Marquis Alliance), announced that they have completed the previously announced acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Target Rentals Ltd. (Target) for an aggregate purchase price of $39.8 million. The purchase price, after closing adjustments, was paid with $21.0 million in cash and the issuance of 1,367,047 common shares of Secure valued at $13.70 per share.

MRC Global Inc announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire the operating assets of Dan H. Brown, Inc., D/B/A Flow Control Products (Flow Control). Flow Control is a leading provider of pneumatic, electric and electro-hydraulic valve automation packages and related field support to the Permian Basin energy industry, including production facilities, pipelines, and plant operations. Flow Control employs 25 people and will operate as an MRC Valve Automation Center. Flow Control reported 2012 revenues of $28 million.

Secure Energy Services Inc. (Secure or the Corporation) (TSX:SES) and its wholly owned subsidiary Marquis Alliance Energy Group Inc. (Marquis Alliance) announced that they have entered into an agreement to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Target Rentals Ltd. (Target) for an aggregate purchase price, including assumed debt, of approximately $40.0 million, subject to certain customary closing adjustments (the Acquisition). The purchase price is being paid with $20.0 million in cash and the issuance of approximately 1,350,000 common shares of Secure. Closing is expected to occur on or about July 2, 2013, subject to certain closing conditions.

Mullen Group Ltd announced that the closing of the previously announced acquisition of Jay's Moving & Storage Ltd. (Jay's and/or the Company). Jay's has been in business since 1964 and is a recognized leader in the Saskatchewan less-than-truckload transportation business. The Company will operate as an indirectly, wholly-owned subsidiary of Mullen Group.
