Coca Cola Hbc Ag : Hosting an investor event in London today, 6 June 2016, where management will present to investors and analysts on group's medium-term strategy . Will be discussing our plans to promote volume and value growth, and further improvements to operational efficiency . Reiterate our capital expenditure target as 5.5-6.5 pct of net sales revenue and commitment to maintaining negative working capital balance sheet position . Medium-Term growth targets include average annual revenue growth rate in range 4-5 pct on a currency-neutral basis . Looking ahead, we expect an improving external environment to support growth in our markets over period to 2020 . Medium-Term growth targets include a reduction in comparable operating expenses as a percentage of net sales revenue to 26-27 pct .Medium term growth targets include- comparable EBIT 1 margin improvement to 11 pct (2015: 7.5 pct).

Coca-cola Co : The Coca-Cola Company announces new international structure, promotes key leaders . Dan Sayre, will continue as president, Western Europe . In Africa, two business units will be reconfigured to more closely align operations with bottling operations on continent . In Europe, Central,Southern Europe and Russia, Ukraine,Belarus business units to be combined into a new business unit-Central and Eastern Europe . Will form Europe, Middle East, Africa group, consisting of business units that currently make up Europe and Eurasia and Africa groups . Brian Smith, currently president of company's Latin America group, will become president, EMEA group . Company's bottling investments and North America groups are not impacted by today's announcements .Atul Singh, currently president of Asia Pacific group, will transition to role of chairman, asia pacific group.

Kofola CeskoSlovensko as:Says works on the intended cross-border merger of Kofola entities (CBM) have started.CBM now includes the company as surviving entity and Kofola SA, Kofola CS as, Pinelli spol. s r.o., Kofola holdinska druzba d.o.o. as ceasing entities (involved companies).works on a standalone Slovenian merger between Radenska, d.d. and Radenska Miral, d.o.o. (Slovenian Merger) have also started in order to streamline the Slovenian part of the Kofola Group.In order to have direct 100 pct ownership between all the involved companies in the CBM, Kofola as, a Czech subsidiary of Kofola CS, as a pre-step to the CBM, intends to sell its interest in Pinelli to the company in April.the CBM and the Slovenian Merger are expected to take place in the second half of 2016.
