PSM Holdings Inc through the wholly owned subsidiary, PrimeSource Mortgage Inc announced the opening of a new office in Montrose, Colorado.
Banco Santander SA Creates Retail Banking Division-DJ
Dow Jones reported that Banco Santander SA has announced the creation of a global corporate Retail Banking division to strengthen the group's retail banking business, develop global strategy and exploit the opportunities offered by the group's international presence. This new division will draw on the experience gained by the Americas division in recent years in overseeing and coordinating business strategies. The creation of this division will increase the group's focus on the customer, define the business model and strategy for each segment and take advantage of synergies, both in business functions (customers, products, marketing) and support services (technology and operations, risk, management, fiscal and legal services). The Retail Banking division will include: the Corporate School of Retail Banking, the Means of Payment division, the Business, Planning and Strategy areas of the Americas division, the International Business global unit, the Customers and Quality Corporate. Retail banking units in each of the Group's countries will functionally report to this new division.
