Delta Lloyd NV:Announces selling Delta Lloyd Bank Belgium to Anbang Insurance Group.Says sale for consideration of 219 million euro.Transaction will have estimated positive effect of around 10 percentage points on IGD group solvency.Impact on IFRS capital will be -4.5 pct (shareholders' funds at FY 2013: 2.621 billion euro and at Q3 2014: 2.734 billion euro).Deal is expected to occur in course of 2015.

MetLife Inc:Approved a $1 billion increase in the company's authorization to repurchase its common stock.The new authorization comes as MetLife has nearly completed a $1 billion common stock repurchase program that it initiated in June 2014.Under the June program, a total of $967.1 million in MetLife common stock has been repurchased as of Dec. 11.
