SATORI ELECTRIC CO LTD Amends Consolidated Full-year Forecast for FY 2013
SATORI ELECTRIC CO LTD announced that it has lowered the consolidated full-year forecast for revenue from JPY 130,000 million to JPY 129,900 million but raised the forecast for operating profit from JPY 400 million to JPY 520 million, ordinary profit from JPY 500 million to JPY 730 million, net profit (loss) from JPY (2,100 million) to JPY (1,860 million) and earning (loss) per share from JPY (123.84) to JPY (109.69) for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2013. The Company amended the consolidated full-year outlook due to improved efficiency of costs and profit on foreign exchange.
Dialog Semiconductor PLC To Acquire Iwatt Inc-DJ
Dow Jones reported that Dialog Semiconductor PLC has entered into an agreement to acquire iWatt Inc. ('iWatt'), a provider of digital power management integrated circuits (ICs), for a cash payment of approximately $310 million, with additional contingent consideration of up to $35 million.
