Dialog Semiconductor PLC To Acquire Iwatt Inc-DJ
Dow Jones reported that Dialog Semiconductor PLC has entered into an agreement to acquire iWatt Inc. ('iWatt'), a provider of digital power management integrated circuits (ICs), for a cash payment of approximately $310 million, with additional contingent consideration of up to $35 million.

AE Multi Holdings Bhd Updated herewith the following additional information in relation to the Acquisition:- The existing building annexed on the Land is vacant. The method of valuation used by Asset Asia Corporation Limited to assess the market value of the Property is Cost Approach and a copy of the valuation report is available for inspection by shareholders of AEM at the registered office of AEM at 51-13-A Menara BHL Bank, Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah, 10050 Penang during office hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays). The balance of the Purchase Price should be (70%) or THB12,600,000 instead of (90%). The Acquisition is subject to the obtaining of the Letter 15Sor (approval letter to acquire the Land and to use the Land for manufacturing purpose) from Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand.
