Lextar Electronics Corp Announces Merger of Subsidiaries in Mainland China

Lextar Electronics Corp announced that its wholly owned subsidiaries, two Suzhou-based electronic companies, respectively engaged in the production of light emitting diode (LED) wafer, light bar, and modules (Subsidiary A), and production and sale of cold cathode fluorescent lamp and LED, (Subsidiary B) will merge with each other, for resources allocation and efficency improvement. After the merger, Subsidiary A will survive and Subsidiary B will be dissolved. The merger is expected to be completed in one year.

Renesas Electronics Corp announced that it will withdraw from fourth-generation wireless modem business and terminate businesses in its three sub-subsidiaries located in Finland, India and China, in late December 2013.

WPG Holdings Ltd Announces Merger between Subsidiary and Sub-subsidiary

WPG Holdings Ltd announced that a subsidiary Yosun Industrial Corp., which is engaged in assembly and sale of electronic parts, will merge with its wholly owned investment subsidiary, effective July 1, 2013. As a result, Yosun Industrial Corp. will be the surviving company and the investment subsidiary of Yosun Industrial will be dissolved.
