Pegatron Corp's Subsidiary to Invest in Mainland China
Pegatron Corp announced that its subsidiary Unihan Corporation will invest USD 15 million to indirectly set up a subsidiary in Chongqing, Mainland China, through an investment company. The new sub-subsidiary of the Company will be engaged in the production, design, development, repair and sale of structures and molds for computer, communication and consumer electronic (3C) products.

Centurion Corp Ltd announced that it has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore known as Centurion Dormitories Holdings Pte Ltd (CDHPL) with an initial issued and paid-up share capital of SGD1.00. The principal activity of CDHPL is to carry out the investment holdings of the Group’s dormitory projects. The above transaction was funded by internal resources.
