KMG Chemicals Inc Announces Management Change-Form 8-K
KMG Chemicals Inc reported in its Form 8-K that the Company’s Board of Directors announced that Neal Butler (Mr. Butler) has decided to resign as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, as well as his position as a member of the Board, effective as of July 10, 2013. The Board appointed Christopher T. Fraser (Mr. Fraser), the Company’s Chairman of the Board, to serve as the Company’s Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective as of July 10, 2013 while a search is conducted by the Board for a permanent Chief Executive Officer.
Kuo Ching Chemical Co Ltd Announces Violation of Air Pollution Control Law
Kuo Ching Chemical Co Ltd announced that it has received an investigation from Changhua Environmental Protection Bureau from April 16, 2013, and based on the investigation result, the Company has violated the air pollution control law. Due to this, the Company ordered to pay a surcharge of NTD 400,000 by September 13, 2013 and to take improvement actions.

Formosa Laboratories Inc announced the change of Chairman of the Board from Li Zhonghe to Cheng Zhengyu, effective June 28, 2013. Cheng Zhengyu is also General Manager in the Company.
Lenzing AG Finalizes Sales of its Business Unit Plastics
Lenzing AG announced that it has finalized the sale of its Business Unit Plastics (Lenzing Plastics GmbH). The closing of the transaction took place on June 27, 2013 following antitrust approval. The buyer is an Austrian consortium led by Invest AG, the investment company of the Raiffeisen Banking Group Upper Austria based in Linz. The acquisition agreement regulating the transfer of 85% of the shares in Lenzing Plastics GmbH to the consortium was already signed in April 2013.
