Toyo Ink Group Bhd Updates On Proposed Acquisition Of One Piece Of Industrial Lot By Its Wholly-Owned Subsidiary
Toyo Ink Group Bhd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries namely EDM-Tools (M) Sdn. Bhd. had on June 21, 2013 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreements with Menteri Besar Negeri Sembilan (Pemerbadanan) and BSS Development Sdn Bhd. for the acquisition of one piece of industrial land in Sendayan TechValley for a total cash consideration of MYR3,634,015 subject to the terms of the SPA.
Sika AG Acquires Everbuild Building Products Ltd
Sika AG announced that it has acquired Everbuild Building Products Ltd, one of UK's independent manufacturer of sealants, adhesives and construction chemicals. Everbuild is located in Leeds with a workforce of 270 employees. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
