Ixonos Oyj Signs Contract Expansion with Asian Customer
Ixonos Oyj announced that the Company has been awarded a new multi-million Euro contract with an existing customer in Asia. The original contract covered a multi-platform User Experience implementation for several device categories on a variety of operating systems. The new contract expands the partnership to new types of design and consulting services. The new services will start immediately and will continue into 2014. The new contract also includes a frame agreement for possible purchase of additional services in the future. Financial details were not disclosed.
SSH Communications Security Oyj Receives Order for Universal SSH Key Manager Services
SSH Communications Security Oyj announced that it has received an order for Universal SSH Key Manager Services from a financial institution. The contract value for this new order for services is approximately EUR 1.6 million (USD 2.0 million). The revenue will be recognized during the fiscal year 2013.
Pilat Media Global PLC Announces New IBMS Contract With Seven Television Network Of Australia
Pilat Media Global PLC announced the signing of a new contract with Seven Networks (Operations) Limited (Seven Television), Australia's free to air television network. Seven Television is part of Seven West Media (SWM), Australia's multi-platform media group listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. The new contract includes the licensing, implementation and maintenance of IBMS, the Company's Integrated Broadcast Management System. Seven Television is licensing the full suite of IBMS modules, and will be implementing the system across its entire TV business operations to support content and rights management, channel and on-demand programme scheduling, media trafficking and advertising sales and billing. The value of the licenses and implementation services initially contracted for is approximately AUD7.5 million which will contribute to revenues this and next year. Additional revenues are expected post Go-Live from additional services and support and maintenance.
Innofactor Plc to Deliver Document and Case Management System for Senate Properties
Innofactor Plc announced that the Company has been selected in a public procurement procedure to deliver document and case management system to Senate Properties. The delivery includes document and case management system based on off-the-shelf software solution as well as support and maintenance services. The estimated value of the contract is EUR 812,000. Senate Properties is a government owned enterprise responsible for managing and letting the property assets of the Finnish state.

Top Image Systems Ltd announced that OPSI (International Handling) Ltd, Authorized Service Contractor for UPS in Israel selected eFLOW to automate the invoice and related transport documentation processing that is critical to their timely business performance. Following a Proof of Concept, OPSI selected eFLOW from TIS, scheduled to go live in the second quarter of 2013.

Authentidate Holding Corp Secures Contract
Authentidate Holding Corp announced that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has exercised their second option to extend the term of the contract for Home Telehealth Devices and Services with Authentidate. The term of this option year begins May 15, 2013 and extends the contract to May 31, 2014. The base contract also includes two additional one-year options to extend the contract beyond this term.
