TT&T PCL Announces Postponement of the Creditors' Meeting to Consider the Rehabilitation

TT&T PCL announced that the Creditor No. 53, Jasmine Telecom Systems PCL and No. 54, Acumen Co., Ltd. requested the meeting postponement in order to await the Court’s order for the petition filed to cancel the order of the Official Receiver regarding the subrogation of Ayuthaya Limited from the Creditors No. 6, 7, 8, 15, 16, 19, 40 and 41, the hearing of which was scheduled on September 10, 2013. In case that the Court orders the cancellation of the Official Receiver’s order, Ayuthaya Limited shall not be entitled to the Company’s Creditor under the eight aforesaid debts and have no voting right in the Creditors’ Meeting. Moreover, the Plan Administrator requested the meeting postponement since it had filed the petition to the Official Receiver to submit additional related amendment proposals for the Plan completeness. The Official Receiver therefore postponed the Creditors’ Meeting creditors to consider the Plan amendment to September 18, 2013.

TT&T PCL Updates the Progress of Rehabilitation Plan for Q2 2013

TT&T PCL announced that the Company received the Court’s approval order for the Company’s business rehabilitation plan as of August 11, 2010. For the second quarter of fiscal year 2013, the Company completely paid off the principal of the loan for Creditors’ group 1 and 9 (THB 877,162.15), group 3 (THB 237,432,202.11 and converted debt to equity (THB 2,179,666,087.02), and group 2, 6, 7, and 8 (THB 1,812,825,969.85 and converted debt to equity THB 491,537,334.81 since December 2010). P Planner Co Ltd, the Plan Administrator, filed the request to propose the second Business Rehabilitation Plan Amendment to the Central Bankruptcy Court to consider debt repayment conditions for the achievement. There by, the Official Receiver called the meeting of the creditors on June 4, 2013 and then postponed to July 25, 2013 and again on August 20, 2013.

Maxcom Telecomunicaciones SAB de CV Enters Bankruptcy In U.S-DJ

Dow Jones reported that Maxcom Telecomunicaciones SAB de CV filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the U.S. late July 24, 2013 after reaching a deal with its creditors that would hand control of the Company to a group of investors led by private equity firm Ventura Capital Privado S.A.
