KLIMAINVEST A/S to Acquire Property in Copenhagen
KLIMAINVEST A/S announced that the Company has entered into a conditional agreement for the acquisition of a property in central Copenhagen. The Company expects binding agreement to be signed during the month of July 2013. Financial details were not disclosed.
TREFOR Takes Over Management Activities Regarding European Wind Investment A/S (EWII) from EgnsINVEST and Makes Public Offer for All Shares in EWII
European Wind Investment A/S (EWII) announced that the Company has been informed that on June 26, 2013 EgnsINVEST and TREFOR entered into agreement regarding TREFOR's acquisition of EgnsINVEST's management activities regarding EWII, effective as of January 1, 2014. The management activities consist of managing, administrating, consulting, product development and assistance in financing, among others. As per June 26, 2013, TREFOR is already EWII's shareholder. In connection with the acquisition agreement, TREFOR has decided to make a voluntary public purchase offer to the rest of the Company's shareholders for shares in EWII at a price corresponding to the shares' net asset value pursuant to EWII H1 report dated June 30, 2013. TREFOR also stated that the company has received binding and irrevocable acceptances for the company's offer from EWII's shareholders representing 15.09% of EWII's share capital, provided that the bid is submitted on September 10, 2013 at the latest.
