ShaanXi Provincial Natural Gas Co Ltd to Set up Subsidiary
ShaanXi Provincial Natural Gas Co Ltd announced that it will set up a wholly owned subsidiary in Ankang City. The subsidiary will be with a registered capital of RMB 5 million and be engaged in the natural gas of city gasification project and related auxiliary facilities design, investment, installation, construction, operation and management.
CitySpring Infrastructure Trust Announces Incorporation Of Wholly-Owned Subsidiary
CitySpring Infrastructure Trust announced the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary of CIT, CitySpring Capital Pte. Ltd., and the establishment by the Issuer of a SGD500,000,000 Multicurrency Medium Term Note Programme (MTN Programme), which will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by CSIM, in its capacity as trustee-manager of CIT. In connection therewith, DBS Bank Ltd. has been appointed to act as the sole arranger and dealer of the MTN Programme. The Issuer was incorporated in Singapore on October 2, 2012 and has an initial share capital of SGD100,000.
Lietuvos dujos AB to Establish Distribution System Operator Subsidiary by October 21, 2014
Lietuvos dujos AB announced that its Board of Directors has approved the description of the methods for the unbundling of the Company’s gas transmission activity and control and gas distribution activity together with the unbundling action plans. The description provides that the Company’s natural gas transmission activity will be legally, functionally, and organizationally unbundled by establishing a new transmission system operator company by July 31, 2013 and that unbundling of control over the transmission activity will be implemented and the Company’s natural gas distribution activity will be legally, functionally, and organizationally unbundled by establishing a distribution system operator subsidiary by October 21, 2014. In accordance with the requirements of legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, the Company will submit the description to the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy within the time limits established, May 31, 2012.

Gas Natural SDG SA Established New Subsidiary Under the Fenosa Name
Gas Natural SDG SA announced that it has established a new subsidiary under the Fenosa name. The new subsidiary will be headquartered in Galicia and will be engaged in the management of renewable energy facilities with a total installed capacity of more than 3,000 megawatts (MW). The establishment of the Company’s new subsidiary will generate approximately 2,000 job opportunities.
GAIL (India) Limited Proposes Naphtha Cracker Plant In PCPIR-Business Standard
Business Standard reported that GAIL (India) Limited has proposed to set up a naphtha cracker plant in the Petroleum Chemicals and Petrochemicals Investment Region (PCPIR) coming up on the Andhra seacoast. Citing the intent of GAIL (India) Limited and its subsequent negotiations with the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC) regarding the proposed plant, chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy requested Union Petroleum Minister S Jaipal Reddy to issue directions for the expeditious execution of the project.
