Manila Water Company, Inc. announced its plan to construct additional wastewater treatment plants as part of its Three-River Masterplan aims to improve wastewater coverage in the East Zone by capturing and treating effluent from the catchment areas of the Marikina, Pasig and San Juan rivers through a combined sewer-drainage system approach.
