Kauno Energija AB Announces Reorganization of Subsidiary
Kauno Energija AB announced that, implementing the Board of the Company's decision, where the Company functions as the sole shareholder of JSC Pastatu prieziuros paslaugos, the process of reorganization of JSC Pastatu prieziuros paslaugos has been completed on April 16, 2013. After the completion of the procedures, Kauno Energija AB’s subsidiaries will continue their activities. JSC Pastatu prieziuros paslaugos and the newly established legal entity JSC Kauno Energija NT statutes were registered at the Register of Legal Entities.
