ITM Power Plc Announces Incorporation Of ITM Power ApS In Denmark
ITM Power Plc announced the incorporation of ITM Power ApS, a wholly owned Danish subsidiary company. ITM Power's partner has been active in Denmark for a number of years developing project opportunities. ITM Power will join the partner to tender for existing opportunities and opportunities under development. In 2012, renewable sources of energy provided 45% of the electricity generated in Denmark, including wind energy at 30% of generation and biomass at almost 15%.
Deinove SA Creates Subsidiary for its Antibiotics Program
Deinove SA announced that it has established a dedicated subsidiary, DEINOBIOTICS, to accelerate the development of its antibiotics program. The Company owns 49% of the new entity and holds the right to buy back the outstanding shares.
Jatenergy Ltd Launches Jatenergy Development Pty Ltd
Jatenergy Ltd announced that it has launched a subsidiary joint venture (JV) company, Jatenergy Development Pty Ltd, to support the marketing of its coal, Coal Plus and jathropa assets. The JV company is in partnership with Mr. Caiguo Shang who holds 25% equity ownership.
