Trueblue Inc Acquires MDT Personnel
Trueblue Inc announced that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of MDT Personnel, a temporary staffing provider with 105 branch locations and more than 15 on-site locations in 25 states.The base purchase price was $48 million with $12 million paid in cash and $36 million in assumed debt. An additional amount was paid to reimburse the Seller for excess working capital. The deal closed February 4, 2013.
Computer Task Group Inc Announces Acquisition Of etrinity
Computer Task Group Inc (CTG) announced that it has acquired etrinity, a provider of IT services to the healthcare market in Belgium and the Netherlands, from i-Cros Nv of Antwerp, Belgium. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. There are no changes anticipated in the management and employees of etrinity. etrinity will operate as a subsidiary of CTG and be aligned closely with CTG's European operations with headquarters near Brussels, Belgium.
Corporate Resource Services Inc Agrees To Acquire Summit Software
Corporate Resource Services Inc announced the completion of negotiations to purchase the Summit Software division of Tri-Tel Communications Inc. The acquisition is expected to close once the customary approval requirements and closing conditions have been met. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Empresaria Group PLC Reaches 100% Stake in Skillhouse
Empresaria Group PLC announced that it has acquired the 10% of the issued shares of Skillhouse, which the Company did not already own. Following this acquisition, the Company holds 100% of the issued shares of Skillhouse. The total consideration for the shares is approximately GBP 450,000, which has been settled in full in cash. In line with Group strategy, discussions are ongoing with the senior managers of Skillhouse to implement an equity incentive plan for the next stage of growth.
Uniflex AB to Acquire Business in Germany
Uniflex AB announced that it is about to establish its business in Germany. The establishment will charge the operating profit with SEK 5 million in the next twelve months and the assessment is that the German business will start generating profit in 2014. The acquired business is expected in the current situation to have an annual turnover of over SEK 30 million and a zero result. The purchase price amounts to EUR 620,000.
Temp Holdings Co Ltd’s Subsidiary to Acquire Shares in Subsidiaries of Panasonic Corp
Temp Holdings Co Ltd announced that its subsidiary Tempstaff Co., Ltd. will acquire 666 shares (a 66.6% stake) in Panasonic AVC Technology Co., Ltd., which is an Osaka-based wholly owned subsidiary of Panasonic Corp engaged in software and hardware development for digital audio and video (AV) products, as well as 2,664 shares in Panasonic AVC Multimedia Software Co., Ltd., which is an Osaka-based wholly owned subsidiary of Panasonic Corp engaged in software and system development for digital AV products and communications network, at the price of JPY 900 million and JPY 765 million respectively, from Panasonic Corp on March 29, 2013. As a result, Tempstaff Co., Ltd. will hold 66.6% stake in the two companies respectively.

Corporate Resource Services Inc announced that it closed on its acquisition of Personally Yours Staffing Inc. The effective date for the acquisition was January 3, 2013. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Personally Yours Staffing operates three offices in South Florida, and services clients throughout the United States.
