Tianguang Fire-fighting Co Ltd to Set up Subsidiary
Tianguang Fire-fighting Co Ltd announced that it will invest RMB 532.2 million to set up a subsidiary in Sichuan, which will be engaged in the development, manufacture, sale, maintenance and technical support of fire equipment and fire-proof building structures, as well as the provision of design, installation and other services for fire-fighting projects.
Moleskine SpA Announces Opening of Mono Brand Stores
Moleskine SpA announced that it will be opening eight new mono brand stores, the first of which takes place on April 8, 2013 at Malpensa Airport Terminal 1 in the Schengen departure area. Additional lease agreements have been signed for seven additional stores, to be opened in 2013 in Italy (Florence, Rome Fiumicino 2, Milan Malpensa 2) and China (Shanghai IFC Mall, Kerry Center and IAPM Mall and Beijing Sanlitun Village). The new stores, like the previous twelve opened since June 2012, will be located in high retail traffic locations. Moleskine also opened its first United States store in New York in March 2013, centrally located in the Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle. The Malpensa Airport Terminal 1 new opening will bring the total number of mono brand Moleskine stores in 2013 to twenty (10 in Italy, 8 in China, 1 in the USA, and 1 in the UK).
Dalton Corp to Establish New Plant
Dalton Corp announced that it has decided to invest JPY 1,800 million in total to establish an Osaka-based plant, which will be engaged in the manufacture of powder machine. The plant will start operation in April 2014.
Theall Medi Bio to Establish New Subsidiary
Theall Medi Bio announced that it will establish a new wholly owned subsidiary, Theallmedicell to expand new business. The new entity, to be capitalized at KRW 2 billion, will be mainly engaged in the troops banking support business.
Poltrona Frau SpA Opens Showroom in Dubai
Poltrona Frau SpA announced that it has opened to the public a directly managed showroom in Dubai. The showroom has a space of 600 square-meter on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, Downtown Dubai, a location in front of the Burj Khalifa.
HOCHIKI CORP Announces Establishment of Sub-subsidiary
HOCHIKI CORP announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Hochiki Europe (U.K.)Limited, has decided to establish a wholly owned sub-subsidiary, Hochiki Middle East FZE, based in the United Arab Emirates, which will be engaged in sales of disaster alarming equipment, in March 2013.
Guangzhou Tech-Long Packing Machine Co Ltd to Set up Subsidiary
Guangzhou Tech-Long Packing Machine Co Ltd announced that it will set up a wholly owned subsidiary in Dongguan. The subsidiary will be with a registered capital of RMB 30 million and be engaged in the production, sales and processing of tea, fruit and vegetable juice drinks, sales of plastic materials and products, as well as research and development of package technologies.
FUKUSHIMA INDUSTRIES CORP to Form New Subsidiary; to Take Over Business from Japan-based Company
FUKUSHIMA INDUSTRIES CORP announced that it has decided to form a subsidiary in the middle of January 2013. The Company will hold a 80% stake in the subsidiary and Showa Denko KK will hold the other 20%. This new subsidiary will also take over the manufacturing, development, sales and maintenance of refrigerator panel, from a Japan-based company, effective April 1, 2013.
