Huawei Technology Co Ltd announced that it will invest RMB 20million to set up a wholly owned subsidiary in Shanghai. The subsidiary will be with a registered capital of RMB 20 million and be engaged in the cultural and recreational services, cultural activities, organization, planning services, advertising and exhibition of cultural services, the manufacture and sale of derivatives in the animation film, tourism product development and sales, all kinds of toys, models, infant supplies, arts and crafts, sports articles and equipment, general merchandise, office supplies sales, sales of food, high-tech projects, investment in cultural industries, import and export of goods.
Golfzon Co Ltd to Establish New Subsidiary
Golfzon Co Ltd announced that it will establish a new wholly owned subsidiary in Taiwan to make inroads into the market of Taiwan. The new entity, to be capitalized at KRW 1,203,108,000, will be mainly engaged in the sale and distribution of golf simulator. The expected transaction settlement date is February 22, 2012.
