Astivita Renewables Ltd Closes Rights Issue
Astivita Renewables Ltd (Astivita) announced that it has closed its capital raising on April 12, 2013. Astivita has raised AUD 1,571,239 (before costs) from eligible shareholders taking up 12,086,455 new shares. This represents approximately 50% of shares offered pursuant to the rights issue. The allotment of the new shares is to be completed on April 19, 2013 and holding statements are expected to be despatched to shareholders on April 22, 2013.
