Both the companies are Incorporated on June 6, 2013 in the British Virgin Islands and the Principal Activities are Investment Holding and Gold Mining.
Shenghe Resources Holding Co., Ltd. to Establish Subsidiary
Shenghe Resources Holding Co., Ltd. announced that it will establish a Dechang County-based wholly owned subsidiary, which will be engaged in the production, processing and sale of strontium, barium, lead, zinc metal and related compounds, as well as related technology consulting service. The subsidiary will be with a registered capital of RMB 50 million.
Umicore SA Announces Commissioning of New Dedicated Production Line for Heavy Duty Diesel Catalysts
Umicore SA announced the commissioning of its new dedicated production line for heavy duty diesel (HDD) catalysts in Florange, France. The catalysts made at this line and the Company's other new automotive catalyst plant in Bad Sackingen, Germany will enable car producers and engine manufacturers to meet new European emission standards. The Company's catalysts enable improvements to air quality by transforming harmful vehicle emissions through catalytic processes.
