Financial Engines, Inc. announced that for fiscal 2012, it expects revenue to be in the range of $181 million to $186 million, and non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $51 million to $53 million. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts are expecting the Company to report revenues of $182 million and EBITDA of $52 million for fiscal 2012.
INTERTRADE Co., Ltd. to Acquire BSJ Co.,Ltd.; to Start Food Service Business
INTERTRADE Co., Ltd. announced that it has decided to acquire 344 shares (a 66.7%) of BSJ Co.,Ltd., from an individual. The acquisition date will be disclosed once decided. The Company also announced that it has decided to start food service business, which will mainly produce and sell supplement food and fresh food, since August 1, 2012.
