INTERTRADE Co., Ltd. to Acquire BSJ Co.,Ltd.; to Start Food Service Business
INTERTRADE Co., Ltd. announced that it has decided to acquire 344 shares (a 66.7%) of BSJ Co.,Ltd., from an individual. The acquisition date will be disclosed once decided. The Company also announced that it has decided to start food service business, which will mainly produce and sell supplement food and fresh food, since August 1, 2012.
Thomson Reuters Corp's Intellectual Property & Science Business To Acquire MarkMonitor
Intellectual Property & Science business of Thomson Reuters Corp announced it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase MarkMonitor, provider of online brand protection. The completion of the acquisition is subject to standard regulatory approvals. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
