Ashdar Building Company Ltd announced that is has won an Israel Land Administration tender number 10020/2011. The tender is for the lease of land and construction of 72 apartments for the Jewish religious community in the Israeli city of Beitar Elit. Further details of the transaction were not disclosed.
First Property Group PLC Announces Launch of UK Fund
First Property Group PLC announced that it has begun to solicit investor interest to establish a new UK commercial property fund. The new fund, Fprop Sterling Income Fund (FSIF), is expected to follow a similar investment strategy to its UK PPP fund. UK PPP is an ungeared UK commercial property fund established in February 2010 by First Property on behalf of three pension fund clients of Stamford Associates Limited. First Property expects to mimic this investment style and return profile for FSIF.

Zillow Inc announced that it has launched the Zillow Mortgage Marketplace iPhone App, bringing the loan shopping experience of Zillow Mortgage Marketplace to mobile. The Zillow Mortgage Marketplace App for iPhone combines personalized loan quotes with advanced calculators and tools to help borrowers understand how much home they can afford, what their monthly payments would be, and whether refinancing their current home makes financial sense.
