Tohoku Steel raises consolidated full-year outlook and year-end dividend forecast for FY 2015

Tohoku Steel Co Ltd:Says the company raised the consolidated full-year outlook for the FY ending March 2015.Revenue forecast increased to 18,370 million yen from 17,400 million yen.Operating profit forecast increased to 1,790 million yen from 1,470 million yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 2,040 million yen from 1,550 million yen.Net profit forecast increased to 1,040 million yen from 970 million yen.Earnings per share forecast increased to 138.13 yen from 128.83 yen.Comments that aggressive sales activities, cost reduction activities and depreciation of Japanese yen are the main reasons for the forecast.Expected extraordinary loss of 439 mln yen for impairment loss of fixed assets.Says it raised the year-end dividend forecast to 8.00 yen per share from 6.00 yen per share for the FY ending March 2015.

Sanko Metal Industrial Co Ltd:Says the company increased the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 34,700 million yen from 34,300 million yen for FY ending March 2015.Operating profit forecast increased to 2,250 million yen from 1,770 million yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 2,250 million yen from 1,770 million yen.Net profit forecast increased to 1,460 million yen from 1,130 million yen.Earnings per share increased to 37.86 yen from 29.30 yen.Comments the higher-than-expected completed construction gross profit is the main reason for the forecast.Raised year-end dividend forecast to 7.50 yen per share from 6.00 yen per share for FY ending March 2015.

Ferrexpo PLC:Moody's on March 26 downgraded Ferrexpo PLC corporate family ratings (CFRs) to Caa3 from Caa2 and to Caa3-PD from Caa2-PD the probability of default ratings (PDRs), gives negative outlook.The rating action follows Moody's decision to downgrade the Government of Ukraine's sovereign (government bond) rating to Ca from Caa3 with a negative outlook, and lower the country's foreign-currency bond country ceiling to Caa3 from Caa2.
