Union Steel Holdings Ltd's Subsidiary Announces Establishment Of Union CHH Sdn. Bhd
Union Steel Holdings Ltd announced that group’s wholly owned subsidiary, Yew Lee Seng Metal Pte Ltd, has established the SPV namely, Union CHH Sdn. Bhd (Union CHH) in Malaysia with effect from July 1, 2013. Union CHH will carry out the group’s metal recycling business operation in Malaysia.

Nanjing Iron & Steel Co Ltd announced that it will establish a Ningbo-bassed wholly owned subsidiary, which will be engaged in the sale of steel products. The subsidiary will be with a registered capital of RMB 30 million.
