Talvivaaran Kaivososakeyhtio Oyj Starts Co-operation Consultations in Connection with Planned Organizational Changes Potentially Resulting in Terminations of Employment and/or Temporary Lay-Offs
Talvivaaran Kaivososakeyhtio Oyj announced that the Company is planning organizational changes to support the Company's cost reduction and efficiency program. The planned changes may result in terminations of employment and/or temporary lay-offs and impact a maximum of 250 employees. The Company has invited representatives of employee groups to co-operation consultations in accordance with applicable law. All three corporate entities, Talvivaara Mining Company Plc, Talvivaara Sotkamo Ltd and Talvivaara Exploration Ltd, are within the scope of the consultations.

Northridge Ventures Inc reported in its Form 8-K that effective January 24, 2013, UCP Holdings, Inc. (formerly known as Northridge Ventures Inc.) (Company) filed Articles of Merger with the Secretary of State of Nevada, pursuant to which the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, UCP Holdings, Inc. (formed solely for the purpose of effecting a change in the name of the Company), merged into the Company and the Company changed its name from Northridge Ventures Inc. to UCP Holdings, Inc.

Nyrstar announced an organisational restructuring creating three distinct business segments: Mining, Metals Processing and Marketing, Sourcing & Sales. The restructuring results in an increased management committee, from five to seven people.
